cbcur history Coldwell Banker Commercial United Realty began seven years ago in Fayetteville, NC primarily as a commercial property management business for a select clientele. At that time, listings and sales goals of properties were not even on the chalkboard. In 2004, the company dedicated itself to expansion in market share in the Cumberland, Hoke, and Harnett County region. One broker in 2004 and one part-time office person became five brokers and a full time administrator by 2007. 2006 sales exceeded $15,000,000.
